You and Alan just bring tears to my eyes every time I listen to the CD. You truly have a gift and I'm so glad to be able to listen to you sing even though I don't hear you on Sundays anymore. BTW, I'm using one of the songs at a witness talk I'm giving, and the women couldn't believe the beauty.

Hi there, I met Dan at Starbucks in SF and saw you on his site. I'm riding too (#4455). I grew up in McLean, my dad used to do landscaping and did one of the big apt projects in Gaithersburg. The area sure has changed since I was a kid! Glad you'll be roadying, it's a blast.

Catherine, We bought the "You are child" CD last summer; we LOVE it! The whole family sings along (my sons and husband sing Alan's parts, my daughter and I sing your parts). Its been a great gift for our friends too! We look forward to the next CD! We always enjoy seeing you at church :-)

'You Are Child' contains some familiar favorites, so I cannot help but join in singing along with those. It is difficult for me to pick a favorite piece, but How Can I Keep From Singing is among my favorites. And your Wade in the Water arrangement is the best I have heard.
You each have been blessed with a special gift, and throughout the CD it is evident that you are singing what you feel, not simply performing.
I was very happy to discover that you have taken your ministry to this level, and hope that this is just the beginning.

I sing at my church, St. Jerome, in Fancy Farm, Ky. I'm 36 yrs. old with 3 children and 1 husband. ha ha. I love to sing for Christ. I cannot play a musical instrument, well not very well anyway (the guitar). My dream is to be more involved in music, perhaps be in some kind of worship group on a regular basis, but right now I'm just praying about it. We have a songleader already who plays the guitar and piano a little bit, and an awesome teen that plays the keyboard beautifully. I just feel that we are all at very different places and not the same dreams.
